Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session.
Due to the limited availability of Christmas Minis and the seasonal nature of the set, all payments are strictly non-refundable.

Sessions cannot be rescheduled.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to a friend or family member, but please notify us in advance.
If Hazel & Cass Photography must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

All final images are chosen at the photographer’s discretion. Photographer’s choice is final.
Editing includes colour correction, light skin touch-ups, and general retouching.
Final galleries will be delivered within 4 weeks of your session (and always before Christmas).

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will reduce your shooting time.
Only two adults may accompany children into the studio to keep the environment calm and focused.
Behind-the-scenes photos are welcome, but please do not disrupt the session.

Please don’t bring children who are unwell — both for their comfort and to keep the studio safe for other families.
All Christmas Mini bookings are non-refundable.
If your child becomes sick, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member.
Alternatively, if you let me know as soon as possible, I’ll do my best to work with you to find another day or time within the Christmas Mini schedule (subject to availability).
If no alternative can be found, the session will unfortunately be forfeited.
