Half-day hire $150 (4 hours)
Full-day hire $290 (8 hours)

RENTAL GUIDELINES
A studio rental agreement must be signed.  The studio is equipped with a surveillance camera in the common areas.

A $50.00 rental fee per hour will be charged if you fall past the rental period.  You will be billed on the hour if running late.  Please take into account your set up and clean up as part of your booking time.


Animals and pets of any kind are strictly prohibited as well as glitter & confetti.


Please bring all of the props necessary for your sessions. Use of newborn bean bag is available, however, all our props (including blankets for the bean bag, canvas backdrops wraps, baskets and bowls, headbands and hats, studio wardrobe, stools/, etc) are not available to use.
