RENTAL GUIDELINES
Before I get into the boring stuff. I just wanted to say thank you so much for choosing my little studio! It is such a special space, and I am so glad to share it with you.
We are on Instagram under @hazelandcassstudios If you choose to tag us in your videos/content we will give you 10% off your final booking invoice.
A $50.00 rental fee per hour will be charged if you fall past the rental period. You will be billed on the hour if running late.
Please bring all of the props necessary for your sessions. Use of a newborn bean bag is available, I will be there when you arrive to make sure you have everything you need. Then everything is put out the back, and that space is completely off-limits to you and whoever you bring to the space.
HONEYDEW PRINTERY SHOP
We have our shop front that is open on Saturdays 930-12pm. If you require this breakout space privately, there is an extra charge of $150 within this time and we will close the shop to the public.
When using the space I just ask that children are not left unattended in it. No one is required to go behind the shop wall. We have frames and a ‘glass cutting’ workspace, which can be dangerous if young kids go behind there unattended.
WALLS
Are newly painted so I ask that nothing is put on or stuck to the walls.
WATER
there is a tap along the side of the studio outside, or you can go into the house and use a tap in the bathroom/kitchen
CHILDREN
I ask that if any children are within the studio they are only there when needed (eg during the photoshoot) and taken away at other times. The space is very new and not designed for children to play in.
ANIMALS
No animals within the studio
PARKING
We have allocated parking up on the property. I just ask that you park along the fence/hedge, and avoid parking up against the studio windows.
TOILETS
The bathroom is located in the house. This will be shown to you on arrival. I just ask that you keep guests from going through the rest of the house.
KITCHEN
This is available to use upon request before you arrive. You are welcome to use the bench and sink.
CAMERAS
The studio is equipped with a surveillance camera in Honeydew PRintery, The carpark, and in front of the house.
OFF-LIMIT SPACES
BACK AREA (Dark shaded area on the floorplan) Is strictly off limits. No one is allowed back here under any circumstances.
The house beyond the kitchen sink and around the back of the house.
LEAVING
The rental fee includes a light cleaning upon your leaving. But I ask that you leave the space tidy as it was when you arrived.
There is a big red rubbish bin located around the outside side of the studio for your rubbish.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
DAMAGES AND LOSS
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. This ensures the time/date is all yours and no other bookings are made in this time.
Use of our studio and our equipment is at HIRER’S OWN RISK. Hirer hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and/or loss while on our premises.
Hirer agrees to leave the studio and adjacent grounds in the same condition as they were when Hirer arrived.
Hirer is solely responsible for any legal infraction Hirer or members of Hirer’s party make during the conduct of the shoot, be they in our studio or elsewhere.
Hirer agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Hirer while on our premises. Hirers are solely responsible for the safety and well-being of any models, client Hirer engages.
Hirer understands that if Hazl&Cass staff observes dangerous, pornographic, or negligent practices or activities are being engaged in Hazl&Cass reserves the right to stop the shoot and require the hirer and hirer’s party to leave immediately — HOWEVER, Hazel&Cass assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY to act in such cases.
Hirer understands and agrees that a Hazel&Cass representative will be present in the studio (out the back) and house at all times Hirers are using it.
